Friends of the Fair Prime Rib, Crab Feed & Auction

Friends of the NCW Fair Prime Rib Dinner, Crab Feed and auction is a very long standing tradition and a very loved event by many. This event is our biggest fundraiser of the year and the profits from this event go to improvements/upgrades and special projects that support the NCW Fair on the Douglas County Fairgrounds. We are blessed this event is so cherished and that we get to continue to celebrate with our Fair family.

Donate

We need large items for the Live Auction. Vacation packages; tickets to sporting events; firearms, outdoor sporting equipment or guided excursions; construction & building services; lawn & garden equipment; or anything else YOU would want to bid on.

We also need smaller items for the Silent Auction. Here’s your opportunity to make a mark with your business or hobby by providing a gift basket, gift certificates for services, or anything that sparks an interest.

Volunteer

We’ll need plenty of helping hands for decorating, serving dinner, bussing tables, and cleaning up. Many hands make light work. Give us a call at the NCW Fair office if you would like more information. 509-745-8480
